AM can often spot small problems before they become large. Should repairs be necessary at any time during your agreement, you will receive priority scheduling, a 20 percent discount on all repairs, and $100 off after-hours service fees.

Spring Cooling 21-Point Inspection
- Install Gauges and Check Operating Pressure
- Clean Condenser Coil with Water
- Check and Tighten all Electrical Connections
- Lubricate Bearings and Motors Where Applicable
- Inspect and Clear Condensate Drain
- Cycle and Check Thermostat for Accuracy
- Check and Adjust Fan Belt Where Applicable
- Check Voltage and Amperage to Condensing Unit

Fall Heating 21-Point Inspection
- Inspect Heat Exchanger for Cracks and Soot
- Adjust Flame for Optimum Efficiency
- Check Fuel Pipe and be Sure of Adequate Draft
- Check and Clean Burners as Necessary
- Check and Clean Pilot Assembly
- Check Fan Control and Limit Operation
