“John discovered a CO2 leak during a furnace tuneup on a Thursday and he was on the phone in minutes to the sales team to get Chris out to figure out replacement of my old unit. John even offered up space heaters to get me through a long weekend as the gas needed to be turned off for my safety.
Chris was out within an hour to go through options, rebates, trade in, etc. He saved me a bundle and is super knowledgeable about the products they offer. I was put on the schedule for Monday morning install.
Kevin arrived on time to get what the install team needed from me to complete the job and so I could get off to work. Super friendly, respectful and professional all around!
Have to give a shout out to Rena as well! She is always so kind and helpful when I have to make a call into the office regarding appointment times. You all are the best! 😊”
