“Short Review: Advanced was amazing from start to finish. Everyone we talked to was friendly, professional, and helpful. They flipped a very stressful situation into something I didn’t have to worry about.
Long Review: Our furnace died during a below zero day. We had a different company do the diagnostic as we had an urgent need and took the first available. It turned out to be a full replacement furnace was needed. We called advanced for a 2nd opinion because we were unhappy with the quote we had received.
Josh came out and gave us a quote from them, talked through all the options, and didn’t try to up-sell us or pitch us on anything – he just presented the options and his honest opinions on them. We decided to go with one of the options right then and he left us space heaters at no charge to hold us until the day of install. They were proactive in solving a small supply chain issue and contacted me with their plan that they already had in place to still deliver on the day they said they would. It was amazing that I didn’t have to resolve any issues, they did it all on their end and just informed me in case I had any concerns.
Day of the install they worked fast and clean. There was no sign of them ever having come in and out of my house, Josh and his team went over everything they did and how to use the new equipment, and answered all of my questions. Rena was quick with the follow up and we’re very happy with our new furnace! Thank you!”

“Thor and Josh did a wonderful job replacing my vintage 1982 furnace and air-conditioner, that Service-Plus said they didn’t carry parts for any longer. It was a hot day in June, traipsing up and down my basement stairs, with a smile and determination to get a job done. I am from a time when we had to light the pilot light with a match! Not anymore. Switch the thermostat from cool mode to heat mode—-that’s it. So simple. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Rena, in the office, is very helpful, too. “Our AC unit went out and the original installation company could not schedule an appointment for 10 days. I called Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning at 9 am and the had a tech show up promptly at noon and serviced my AC unit in less than 45 min. Jon was professional, clean and informative and my experience with the office and with Jon was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends…This is a true review and I am not affiliated with the company or any of their personnel.”
