“I called today, on this extremely hot day, with the air conditioning not working. I was told late afternoon would be the soonest time they could arrive, but was happy to receive a message that they were on the way around noon! Searched for a leak in the system but could not pin point the exact spot. Every inch was checked & tightened. Cool air was coming out before they left. We’ll see how it holds for now. Won’t be needing much air conditioning soon. We’ll keep a watch on it. Very happy with the courteous & professional technicians. They did their best on this extremely hot day.”
“Kevin and his crew showed up on time and immediately assessed the situation and what they needed to do to replace our old AC unit. Once their game plan was figured out they went right to work. The electrician showed up and did his magic and we were running and getting some nice cold air. They went over the new thermostat and also fixed a gas line. Excellent work!”

“Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning has been great to work with. On Friday our furnace stopped blowing warm air. I contacted Advanced Heating and AC and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Unfortunately, our furnace was unrepairable. Today, Tuesday they sent out Chris and his partner to replace our furnace. They were friendly, clean, and knowledgeable about the process and were in and out within 5 hours. I would recommend Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for quality service.”
“It was time to replace our gas furnace and we worked with Josh to find some options for our home. Josh worked an excellent best, better and good plan for us to choose. After making our decision, (2) techs David and Chris arrived to install our furnace. Once again excellent work. They made sure the floors and carpets leading to the basement were protected and installed the furnace. They didn’t mind the questions asked or stopping to see the progress. In addition, they took the old unit and cleaned up the work area. Very professional operation.”

They took great care to make sure my floors and home stayed clean and safe during the replacement process, and worked very quickly and efficiently. I was able to check in a couple of times, and they were very informative and helped explain each step of their process. When they were finished, they walked me through all the new components, and made sure I understood the new maintenance cycle of my furnace unit. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for HVAC work!”

“Short Review: Advanced was amazing from start to finish. Everyone we talked to was friendly, professional, and helpful. They flipped a very stressful situation into something I didn’t have to worry about.
Long Review: Our furnace died during a below zero day. We had a different company do the diagnostic as we had an urgent need and took the first available. It turned out to be a full replacement furnace was needed. We called advanced for a 2nd opinion because we were unhappy with the quote we had received.
Josh came out and gave us a quote from them, talked through all the options, and didn’t try to up-sell us or pitch us on anything – he just presented the options and his honest opinions on them. We decided to go with one of the options right then and he left us space heaters at no charge to hold us until the day of install. They were proactive in solving a small supply chain issue and contacted me with their plan that they already had in place to still deliver on the day they said they would. It was amazing that I didn’t have to resolve any issues, they did it all on their end and just informed me in case I had any concerns.
Day of the install they worked fast and clean. There was no sign of them ever having come in and out of my house, Josh and his team went over everything they did and how to use the new equipment, and answered all of my questions. Rena was quick with the follow up and we’re very happy with our new furnace! Thank you!”
