“On the most recent hot day, I noticed in the afternoon that the A/C was running constantly and not cooling the house at all. Called for service, Joey arrived within the scheduled window, was very personable, checked indoor unit, recommended air filter change but said it should not have caused the issue, then checked the outdoor unit and immediately found the issue, replaced the capacitor which was causing the compressor to not kick on. Joey made sure A/C was now working fine and sold me the silver annual maintenance contract to ensure problems such as this are caught before failure occurs in future. Very happy with the service!”
